How Do Moose Prepare for Halloween?

Pricilla

We just got noose news that the first month of editting editing for our gnu new book, The Moose at the Manger, is coming to an end.  You would think with spell chek   and grammar check that there wouldn2t (oops) wouldn't be that much to do.  I think that if our hooves weren't so big, we would knot  not make so many mis takes , um, mistakes.  Good thing we have editors with actual fingers to help us out!

Even though we are about to move to our second month of production for our new book, which is conceptual editing, we can't help but digress to talk about Halloween!  I am Pricilla and this is my hubby Robert (pronounced Ro-bear). I call him BOB!  We love living here and cannot wait until Monday when we get to dress up and go out trick-or-treating.  You might think we don't need a costume, because we could pose as moose and no one would be the wiser, BUT what fun would that be.
Robert and Pricilla

First, we are spending the weekend with some of our "dear"est (pun intended) moose friends telling scary moose stories like the one about the moose that had to actually forage for food....twigs and berries and leaves, yuck! Ohhhhh the inhumanity of that!  After our scary stories we are going to go bobbing for meatballs in a fine Ragu with a nice Cabernet and maybe a breadstick or two. Finally, we are going to put the finishing touches on our costumes.

Halloween will be here before you know it and we want to be ready!!!  It is sure to be a big event, so stay tuned for the moose-tacular, spook-tacular pictures!
